火花探测系统 Spark Detection System

1、进⼝传感器，或军⼯专⽤传感器，反应更灵敏，穿透⼒更强。

4、软件配置灵活，可以⽅便的联动上位机系统。

5、新增软件滤波，结合硬件抗⼲扰，使得MSE系统能应⽤于更苛刻的⼯作环境。

6、预留多组接⼝，可以满⾜客⼾定制需求，如压差、温度、⽔压、⽓压、⻛速、⽕焰、短信通知等。

02无焰泄放装置  Flameless Venting Device 

无焰泄放装置主要由爆破片和无焰泄放灭焰网组成，本装置安装在被保护的设备上，正常运行时，泄爆板处于密闭状态，一旦装置内发生粉尘爆炸，爆破片在达到爆破压力范围时瞬间开启，爆炸压力会从阻火网的缝隙中泄出，火焰通过灭焰层元件，迅速将高温火焰冷却，达到猝灭效果，保证火焰不被传播，以防止产生二次或者多次爆炸，保护设备和周围人员的安全。The flameless venting device mainly consists of a rupture disc and a flameless relief flame extinguishing net. This device is installed on the protected equipment. During normal operation, the explosion relief plate is in a sealed state. Once a dust explosion occurs inside the device, the rupture disc will instantly open when it reaches the explosion pressure range. The explosion pressure will escape from the gaps of the flame arrestor net, and the flame will pass through the flame extinguishing layer components, quickly cooling the high-temperature flame To achieve quenching effect, ensure that the flame does not spread, prevent secondary or multiple explosions, and protect the safety of equipment and surrounding personnel.

03 单向隔爆阀  One-way Explosion Valve

单向隔爆阀可以防止爆炸从初始位置向其他工艺单元传播，避免“二次”或系统爆炸事故，从而减轻爆炸灾害。

One-way explosion valves can prevent explosions from spreading from the initial position to other process units, avoid "secondary" or system explosion accidents, and thereby reduce explosion disasters.

04 除尘器监控系统  Dust Collector Monitoring System

除尘箱综合报警管理系统适⽤于现有除尘系统的配套设备，通过监测除尘箱的压⼒信息、压差信息、温度信息、管道⻛速和锁⽓卸灰阀的转速信息来确认除尘系统的运⾏是否正常，并将报警信息及时反映在控制器上。
